  • What should i do if i receive an incorrect or faulty item?
    We are sorry for the inconvience please send us a message with your order number , the name of product you were suppose to receive and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
  • What forms of payments do we accept?
    We accept the following payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express Visa, Debit and Pay pal.
  • How long does it take to process my exchange?
    We aim to process exchanges as soon as possible but can take up to 1-5 business days of receiving order. Once we receive the items, your order will be processed and shipped.
  • How to track my order?
    An email will be provided once order is placed. Order processing time takes up 1-6 business days. Once process is done then tracking info will be emailed out.
